With a view to listing on NASDAQ in the United States, the company is developing the business mainly in the United States and other countries as well. The head office is in Tokyo and remote work is also possible.


[About the product]

The company provides apps (iOS, Android) that collect virtual currency just by shopping in 160 countries around the world, and they have more than 1800 partners on major EC sites in each country such as Walmart, BestBuy, eBay. This Japanese version will be released in partnership with a major Japanese company. They plan to partner with retailers around the world to create an economic zone like the "global version of T Point." Therefore, the company is aiming to become the world's No. 1 smartphone app in terms of the number of users (currently 2,000,000 users).

[Detail of the task]

・You will be in charge of the overall customer support operations for 160 countries excluding Japan.

・You will be responsible for marketing such as customer support and market research in your preferred language area. 

                   

[Requirements]

・Experience in back office work

・English proficiency (business level)

・Hindi (native level)

・Japanese proficiency (N1 or higher)

・ Customer support work, PR work experience, SNS operation experience

Work location: Tokyo *Remote work possible

Working hours: 10:00 – 19:00 (60 minutes break, 8 hours actual work)

Employment form: full-time employee

Annual holidays: 120 days (New Year's holiday, summer vacation, paid vacation, GW, pre- and post-natal leave, child care, nursing care, special)

Trial period: 3-6 months

Overtime hours: Approximately 20 hours a month
