■ Job description

・Recruitment: Interviews with foreign candidates, job introductions, and recommendations

・Support until joining the company: Support for application and renewal of status of residence (guidance and confirmation of application documents, explanation of labor contract). In addition, general follow-up from informal appointment to joining the company, such as housing search and contract support necessary for living, accompanying official procedures.

・ Support after joining the company: Interact between the worker and the accepting organization (company) and respond to consultations and complaints. In addition, each worker has an online or face-to-face interview once every three months.

・Others: In-house miscellaneous affairs, etc.
