[Job description]

・ Management of engineer teams across other countries (mission, OKR, budget, career, 1on1 etc.)

・ Project management of service development (requirements, timeline, resources, costs, etc.)

・ Cross-sectional development management of services and decision making of architecture and adopted technology stack

・ Proactive proposal from the engineering side for successful service

・ Implementation of hands-on (design / development) as needed regardless of front end or back end

・ Operation and improvement of services deployed globally

 

[Requirements]

・ Experience in mobile application development

・ Experience in Web service development

・ Experience in Web backend development

・ Experience in project management

・ Experience in product management

・ Experience in engineering team management

・ Communication skills in English (business level TOEIC 800 or above)

・ Business-level Japanese
