[Job description]

・ Development, operation and improvement of various personnel systems

・ Planning and execution of recruitment, organization, and labor cost plans based on negotiations with management

・ In-depth communication with employees of diverse nationalities and cultures, finding and solving problems

 

[Requirements]

・ Practical experience as a personnel manager (3 years or more)

・ Practical experience in hiring engineers

・ Experience of direct recruiting using SNS etc.

・ Japanese level enough to communicate smoothly

 

[Preferred requirements]

・ Experience of IT engineer

・ Experience in personnel evaluation and incentive system design work

・ Experience in general personnel operations at venture companies or start-up companies

・ Experience in planning / implementing measures to improve employee engagement

[Conditions]

Employment Status :Permanent

Trial period : 3 months

Estimated annual salary: ¥4M - ¥6.5M

Location : Tokyo *full remote work

Working hours : 10:00~19:00

Holidays: 2 days off per week (Sat. and Sun.), national holidays

Vacation :Summer vacation, year-end and New Year's vacation, and other vacations available
