・ Development, operation and improvement of various personnel systems
・ Planning and execution of recruitment, organization, and labor cost plans based on negotiations with management
・ In-depth communication with employees of diverse nationalities and cultures, finding and solving problems

・ Practical experience as a personnel manager (3 years or more)
・ Practical experience in hiring engineers
・ Experience of direct recruiting using SNS etc.
・ Japanese level enough to communicate smoothly
