- Test strategy planning and test plan development
- Test case creation
- Identification of development process and testing issues based on defect analysis and implementation of improvements
- Reporting of test results
- Make decisions on product release from a QA perspective.
As a QA leader/manager, you will be involved in the entire development process, from specification review, test design and execution, to educating engineering members.
You will stand between overseas development companies and Japanese ordering companies (clients) and promote quality assurance management and execution. In the future, you will be entrusted with the management of the quality department of both domestic and overseas offices.

- Experience in system development
- Experience in quality assurance of web/mobile apps
- Experience in test design, test item creation and quality assurance
- Logical thinking and communication skills to correctly define and communicate problems.
- N2 level of Japanese language proficiency
[Preferred requirements]
- JSTQB Foundation Level or higher certification or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Experience in testing cloud services (SaaS)
- Experience in test automation (from infrastructure construction to implementation) or interest and desire in test automation
- Knowledge of CI (Continuous Integration)
- Management experience in customer negotiation, man-hour estimation, PL management, issue management and project promotion
- English proficiency with the ability to read and understand simple technical documents
