[Job Description]

As a product sales manager, you will be in charge of setting up the sales team while aiming to maximize the profit of our products.

The company is looking for a specialist to promote the overseas sales of our group's products. After joining the company, you will be sent to a joint venture with a big company for the time being and will be in charge of overseas expansion of plant design solutions.

In addition to the challenge of proposing innovative products that have never existed before to major companies in each country, the management task of establishing an overseas sales system is being handled in cooperation with management, marketing, CS, engineers, and administrative departments. You will be asked to take on challenges, so it is a position that will fit those who have both high sales ability and creativity.

 

[Detail of the work]

・Formulation and promotion of sales strategies

・Formulation and promotion of account plans and related individual measures

・Proposal to each customer - Closing, sales process management

・Organizing technical FAQs and preparing product demos for releases and updates

・PDCA management to achieve goals

 

[Requirements]

・More than 5 years of sales experience in enterprise software sales outside of Japan

・Experience and past achivements in BtoB sales to major companies outside Japan

・Business English skills and work experience using English

・Business Japanese skills

 

[Preferred requirements]

・Those who have experience in sales and sales of enterprise software in North America

・Understanding of IT technology and software business

・Leader experience in the sales department

・Knowledge of the plant industry

・Knowledge of CAD and design work

 

[Conditions]

Employment form: Permanent

Trial period: 3 to 6 months

Estimated annual income: 8 million yen to 15 million yen

Work location: Tokyo (full remote possible)

Working hours: 9:00~18:00 or flext-time

Holidays: Complete weekly holidays 2 days (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays

Vacation: Summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, and other vacations available
