Customers who have contracted for our service will be in charge of follow-up before and after the introduction of the service. In addition to creating and guiding manuals on how to use the service, you will design the process until the customer achieves operational efficiency, analyze the customer's situation, and provide support and improvement execution consistently. You will play an active role as a professional who handles a wide range of tasks such as understanding your business and understanding your organization.

 

It is also an important mission to share development requests from customers with the development team and evolve the service. In the future, we also plan and execute the planning and operation of the user community, and we hope that you will become a leading person who can support the realization of customer success for customers.

<Main business details>

・ Hearing customer requirements and formulating a service introduction plan

・ Explanation of service usage to customers and support for learning

・ Check the customer's situation when introducing / using the service, and follow up in cooperation with the product development department when a problem occurs.

・ Various QA support

* You can use your English skills as you interact with overseas customers.

 

[Department in charge / acceptance system]

Belongs to the Product & Customer Success (PCS) Headquarters, which creates PF services that form the basis of our own services.

The PCS Headquarters is a mixed unit consisting of employees seconded from NTT DATA, general trading companies, etc., and gathers members who are familiar with technology and user operations. Of these, the customer success team is currently a team of four. Please participate as a member of this team.

[Requirements]

・ System introduction experience or SaaS introduction experience for BtoB enterprise companies (3 years or more)

・ Experience of hearing and analysis of problems, planning of solutions, and proposals

・ Planning and management of training and seminars, or experience as a lecturer (including study sessions for the company)

・ Experience in creating data aggregation and graphs in Excel and customer explanation materials in PowerPoint

・ Native Japanese level

 

[Welcome requirements]

・ Experienced customer success (1 year or more)

・ Trade practice, import / export related work experience (1 year or more)

・ Consulting experience at a consulting firm or Sier (more than 3 years)

・ SaaS pre-sales, sales experience (1 year or more)

・ Experience as a project manager for system construction (3 years or more)

・ Person who has experience of organization start-up and organization management

・ Experience of setting KPIs and turning PDCA to achieve numerical improvement

·English skills

 

【Work location】

Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo (scheduled to move to Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo in 2022)

* Based on remote work, it is expected that you will visit Hamamatsucho coworking 1-2 times a week (Tuesday, Thursday).
