■ Products / Solutions

・ New peptide / antibody drug molecule design technology using evolutionary molecular engineering / NGS / artificial intelligence

・ Construction of joint R & D pipeline with pharmaceutical companies and biotech companies using the above technology (including implementation of molecular design, research plan formulation, consulting)

 

■ Job description

We are looking for the first person in charge of business development while accumulating a large number of usage records at domestic and overseas pharmaceutical companies and research institutes.

・ New proposals for joint research contracts using our technology and continuous proposals to existing clients for global pharmaceutical companies, biotech companies, research institutes, etc.

・ Contract design and negotiation for milestones, royalties, etc.

・ Sales strategy planning including participation in exhibitions and management of sales agents

・ Product planning and negotiations, including business alliances with biotech companies and long-term alliances with global pharmaceutical companies

 

■ Requirements

・ Japanese native level and experience of expatriate or work experience in English

・ Experience in consulting, alliances, sales, etc. for pharmaceutical companies

・ Understanding of biotechnology

 

■ Preferred Requirements

・ Experience in building sales and business strategies

・ Experience in research tie-ups, technical tie-ups, and condition negotiations with pharmaceutical companies

・ High management and communication skills

・ Knowledge on peptide / antibody drugs

 

■ Conditions

Employment form: Permanent employee

Trial period: 3 months

Estimated annual income: 4 million yen to 8 million yen

Work location: Kanagawa prefecture (full remote)

Working hours: Flex system

Holidays: 2 days a week (Saturday and Sunday), national holidays

Vacation: Summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, and other vacations available
