The company has raised 1.5 billion yen and are aiming for an IPO. Currently, there are about 200 employees. In addition to Tokyo, we have three bases in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

<Job description>

■ Technology development (main business)

・ NLP-related customer project development (information extraction, summarization, factor extraction, etc.)

・ Development to structure business domain knowledge and turn it into a technical asset

■ Requirements definition / solution proposal (main business)

・ Propose business solutions through discussions with customers and business members.

・ Unearth the customer's Hidden Requirement and make the requirement realistic.

-Control customer expectations in consideration of technical difficulty, and define functional requirements and specifications as appropriate landing points.

・ Continue to appropriately modify the requirements and find out the true requirements in discussions with customers.

■ Technology bridge

・ Stand with overseas developers and quickly respond to inquiries from business members regarding the technical feasibility and current level of business tasks.

■ Development plan (collaboration with overseas development team, requirements for seniors)

・ After understanding the company's technology, determine the difficulty and scale of development of the customer's business task.

-Give feedback that takes into account information on the business side when building an AI development roadmap.

・ Understand technology across the board and flexibly propose future development plans for AI solutions from a new perspective.

• Achievements in computer science / artificial intelligence / machine learning related technical fields

• Achievements in the field of data science

• Communication skills that allow business development teams to discuss complex concepts without conflict

<Preferreed Requirements>

• Those who have a high track record in computer science / artificial intelligence / machine learning related technical fields (Ph.D, peer-reviewed treatises, presentations at international conferences, etc.)

• Research achievements in data science

• High coding skills (Python, C ++, etc.)

• Knowledge of standard software development process

• Technology development experience in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence related fields (3 years or more)

・ Furthermore, those who have worked on the following as much as possible are very suitable for this position.

-Have a solid understanding of and experienced basic NLP issues such as chunking, steming, POS tagging, and syntax / dependency analysis in past projects.

-Familiar with common libraries such as spaCy, nltk, gensim.

-Experience working in the NLP application layer, from downstream features such as term weighting, semantic similarity, and distributed representation to complex systems such as NER, QA, summarization, classification, and clustering.

-Full understanding of deep learning models in NLP. We are confident in catching up and reproducing the latest models.

-Familiar with common libraries such as huggingface, fastai, openmnt, fasttext.

-Ability to handle terabyte-class text data processing

<Conditions>

Estimated annual income: 6 -12 million yen + stock options (fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours * additional payment if exceeded) * Determined based on experience and ability

Work location: Tokyo

Salary revision: Twice a year

Trial period: 6 months (No change in the condition during the trial period)

Working hours: Flextime system (core time 11: 00-16: 00)

* Basic working hours 9:00 to 18:00 (prescribed working hours 8 hours, break 60 minutes)
