[Job description]

As a sales member, you will be involved in planning sales strategies in the BtoB Vertical SaaS area.

・ Formulation and execution of budget and sales strategy (target customer)

・ Improvement of sales activities based on numerical values

・ Contribution to improvement of products collected from customer requests

 

[Requirements]

<Experience / Skills>

・ Experience in sales activities and operational improvement in any of the following areas

-IT license business for enterprises

-Business improvement SaaS business

-BtoB startup with about 30 to 50 employees

・ Japanese ability: N1

 

[Preferred requirements]

・ Experience in formulating sales strategies and budgets

・ Experience in marketing and sales planning

・ Experience of promoting business in collaboration with other departments such as products and customer success at a business company

 

[Conditions]

Employment Type: Permanent (in some cases, start by outsourcing)

Trial period: 3 months

Estimated annual income: 4 million yen ~ 6 million yen

Work location: Yokohama City, Kanagawa

Working hours:9: 00-19: 00

Holidays: 2 days a week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays

Vacation: Summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, and other vacations available

Overtime: 40 hours per month on average
