This is a general (business/administration) position. You will expected to work on various tasks, but most likely you will be expected to start in the HR department.

Salary: 3million ~4 million JPY for new graduates
-The salary for the mid-career is decided considering your skills and experience.
Working location: Tokyo
Working hours: 9: 00 ~18: 00 or 10: 00 ~ 19: 00 (8 hours in a day / 60 minutes break)
Salary Promotion: Once a year
Social insurance: unemployment insurance, industrial accident insurance, health insurance, and employees' pension contribution are covered
Allowances: Commuting allowance, job allowance, position allowance, qualification allowance, family allowance, etc.
Holidays: 2 days a week, summer 6 days, winter 2 days, year-end and New Year 3 days.
