It offers a platform that can greatly accelerate and improve antibody drug discovery at pharmaceutical companies. This system uses a next-generation sequencer that collects a large amount of antibody blueprint-related information and uses a proprietary artificial intelligence-based analysis system (patent pending) to achieve high-speed and large-scale acquisition of high-quality antibody candidates. about 1/10 of the time than conventional methods. Yet, the company aims at more efficiency and acceleration.

-Biopharmaceutical development business by the next-generation sequencer and big data analysis with artificial intelligence.

-Provision of high-speed, high-efficiency drug discovery screening systems with big data analysis using next-generation sequencers and artificial intelligence, targeting pharmaceutical companies and bio-venture companies engaged in the discovery and development of biopharmaceuticals.

The company aims at drug discovery faster and in larger amounts.

 

■ Products / Solutions

・ Evolutionary Molecular Engineering ・ NGS ・ Novel peptides using artificial intelligence

・ Antibody drug molecular design technology

・ Using the above technologies, the establishment of joint R & D pipelines with pharmaceutical and biotech companies (including implementation of molecular design, research plan formulation, and consulting)

 

■ Role

・ Research and propose POC ML methods for molecular property prediction

 

■ Requirements

・ Track record of academic or industrial research in machine learning

・ Masters or PhD in either computer science, mathematics, physics, biochemistry or similar field

・ Good understanding of various deep learning methods

・ Experienced in research publications

・ At least 2 years of programming in Python and in Pytorch / Tensorflow

・ Excellent communication

・ Interest in the field of drug discovery

・ No Japanese ability is required

・ Good communication skills in English

 

■ Preferred Requirements

・ Good understanding of the mathematics in machine learning

・ Experience in implementing and optimizing deep learning models

・ Knowledge of biochemistry

・ Experience with NLP and / or generative methods

・ Business level or higher English proficiency

 

■ Conditions

Expected annual salary: from 6M JPY ~, depending on your skills and experience

Working Location: Kanagawa (Full-remote is available)

Salary promotion: Anytime

Employment type: full-time, regular employment

Holidays / Vacations: Saturdays and Sundays, Summer holidays New Year holidays, annual paid leaves.
