The company combines a development environment that facilitates high-speed prototyping and a specially constructed CI/CD environment to achieve both quality and speed in development. Over 7 years, they have produced more than 300 products with 250 client partners.
Currently, there are about 200 employees in Japan and about 1300 employees overseas mainly in Hanoi. It has the style of making a prototype from scratch in Japan and completing development in Vietnam. Therefore, the company is looking for bridge engineers who connect Japan and Vietnam.
[Job Description]
■ Development project as BrSE
・ Web service development project using modern frameworks such as Ruby on Rails and Laravel (PHP)
・ Large-scale core system development project using Java (Struts, Play Framework, etc) and C # (.net framework)
・ Smartphone application development project for the global market
・ Projects that apply cutting-edge technologies such as IoT and machine learning fields
■ Connecting with the Vietnam Development Team
・ System design transmission / confirmation
・ Specification transmission / confirmation
■ Project management
・ Source code management Task management
・ Progress monitoring / reporting
■ Quality control
[Requirements]
■ BrSE experience or development experience (about 2 years)
■ Native level Vietnamese ability
■ Work experience in Japan
■ N2 or N2 equivalent level Japanese ability
[Preferred Requirements]
■ Project management ability
・ Knowledge of development methods such as waterfall / agile
・ Experience in managing source code
・ Task management experience
