We introduce talented people from all over the world. We introduce those who have studied at the University of Tokyo, Tokyo Institute of Technology, Waseda, Keio, National Universities or top universities overseas, and who have a solid understanding of Japanese culture and knowledge from their home countries. There are many people who are fluent in Japanese and we introduce those who want to live in Japan for a long time.
3. Job description to attract many candidates
We make job descriptions while giving advice on what points look attractive to candidates. Companies often cannot notice what points candidates care about. For example, details about job tasks are necessary to attract candidates. We help companies make good job descriptions.

Job
[Company Profile]
We are working to solve problems in the last mile area of logistics. With automatic delivery robots, we will solve the problem of delivery staff shortages in Japan and overseas, and will develop an infrastructure for home delivery using robots.
With the increase in the EC rate and the increase in food delivery due to the corona crisis, the amount of packages handled in the last mile (delivery area from the nearest warehouse/store to the recipient's house) is increasing.
On the other hand, in Japan, the working population is declining, and even if parcel delivery is established, it will not be possible to handle delivery by hand alone.
We are trying to solve such a situation with a robot by using a unique mechanism (multiple international patents have been applied for) that links a delivery robot and a dedicated delivery locker. Through this, in the near future, I would like to create a world where delivery infrastructure with automatic delivery robots is commonplace.
2021~ Member of Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's "Public-Private Council for Realization of Delivery Using Autonomous Driving Robots"
[Background of recruitment]
We are the latest robot manufacturer in the automatic delivery robot field. However, I take pride in thinking more than any other manufacturer about how to develop and popularize robots that can actually be used as a business in the field of last-mile delivery.
The robot has been under development in Japan from April 2021, but development and testing are still required for mass production.
As the first in-house mechanical engineer (in charge of general design), we are looking for an engineer who will be in charge of prototype housing design and mass production design.
[Attractive points of company/work]
・We are trying to create a new industry (delivery by robots) involving manufacturers, and you can have experiences that you cannot experience anywhere else.
In addition, we can work at a speed that can be done in half a year while other manufacturers implement it in a few years.
・We are also considering overseas expansion, so there is a possibility that we will be active not only in Japan but also overseas. In addition, the level of delivery in Japan is high, and if we can incorporate the same level of delivery into robots, we believe that success in overseas expansion will be solid.
[Job description]
・Development of delivery machine control for prototypes and mass-produced machines
・Design of delivery lockers compatible with delivery robots
・Technical communication with external companies in mass production design
(Partially, development with overseas suppliers is also progressing, including work in English)
■ Specific work content
Currently, we are conducting running tests on the second prototype.
You will be responsible for improving the second prototype, designing for mass production, and designing and manufacturing dedicated delivery lockers. You will lead the development as the first in-house mechanical engineer (in charge of general design).
As his own product, he is in charge of the development of a small delivery robot from zero to one, and it is possible to reflect his own technology in a concrete product, implement it in society, and be involved in making it a product that can run in the city.
[Requirements]
・Mechanical engineering, robotics-related degrees
・Design experience with 3D CAD (no software specified)
・Design experience in automobiles and other mobility-related businesses
・Required Japanese ability: business level
[Preferred requirements]
・Experienced Robocon
・Experience in launching mass production
・English (daily conversation level)
・Those who can act proactively instead of waiting for instructions
・Those who can work with interest in not only technology development but also the process of social implementation (business side) with the goal of social implementation
・ Those who want to expand Japanese technology and products overseas
・ Those who have the spirit to invent the world's first technology and mechanism
