[Job description]

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the web systems, cloud systems, and applications to provide ophthalmology telemedicine services.

[Requirements]

- Experience in either back-end development (Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL) and/or infrastructure side (Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes)

- Business-level English proficiency

[Preferred requirements]

- Experience in front-end development (STIMULUS), mobile development using Android and Kotlin

[Conditions]

Employment Type: Permanent 

Trial period: 2~4 months

Estimated annual income: ￥4~5 m, Stock options are available (1% after 1 year of joining)

Work location: Full Remote available (can work remotely from all over Japan or Asia, 3~4 hours time difference is acceptable)

Working hours: Flexible working hours (core time 11:00~15:00)

Holidays: 2 days a week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays
