[Job description]

Currently, we are promoting the expansion of the domestic largest BtoB EC platform in China, which boasts an annual distribution of over 10 billion yen in Japan, and we are looking for business development & sales members who can promote global promotion / new business development.

★Even if you don't have experience in new business development, you can take on the challenge!

★Since it is a department consisting of one executive class and a small number of elites, you can absorb skills up close!

 

・New business plan drafting

・Planning of sales strategies, management and analysis of sales results, medium-term, fiscal year, and monthly sales plans, and formulation and execution

・Development of new customers and planning of new products from the website

・Development of new Japanese customers (major manufacturers, wholesalers)

・Business process improvement planning (related to business flow)

 

[About EC platform for BtoB]

It is a wholesale/purchase platform that connects “sellers” and “buyers”, and is one of the largest B2B wholesale platforms in Japan with an annual distribution of over 10 billion yen.

Normally, EC sites are supposed to be traded between companies and individuals, but there are also upstream transactions between manufacturers (wholesale dealers) and buyers (retailers, EC site operators), which is one of the largest in Japan. It continues to grow as a famous market platform in an industry that boasts a large amount of money in circulation.

This time, we are planning to release a cross-border EC platform based in Hainan, China, and we are looking for members involved in the launch of this PJ.

It is also possible to engage in work related to new business planning related to the cross-border platform business.

 

[Attractiveness of recruitment]

★No experience/language skills required! Since it is a potential recruitment, even those who do not have new business development can take on the challenge! There is also an interpreter member, so there is no problem even if you are not good at English / Chinese.  

★Communication with management

Since the project is directly under the president's office and is related to new businesses, you can work closely with management.

★ Ability to consult overseas

If you wish, you can also be stationed in Hainan, China in the future.

*Relocation is not required.

[Requirements]

・Corporate sales experience 3 years or more * Potential welcome!

・Problem-solving/consulting sales experience

・Work experience at an EC/IT company

・Experience in trade-related operations

・Experience in promoting new business

・Chinese skill above daily conversation level

 

[Conditions]

Employment form: Full-time employee

Trial period: 3-6 months

Assumed annual income: 4-9 million yen

* Monthly salary 333,333 yen (including basic overtime pay of 86,705 yen for 45 hours) ~ monthly salary 750,000 yen (including basic overtime pay of 195,087 yen for 45 hours)

* Overtime pay for work exceeding 45 hours will be paid separately.

*Based on skills/previous job salary, we will judge according to our regulations.

*We also conduct interviews to discuss conditions before and after the job offer.

Work location: Tokyo

Working hours: 9:00-18:00 (break 60 minutes)

Holidays: 2 full days off a week (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays

Vacation: Summer vacation, year-end and New Year vacation, paid vacation, birthday vacation, long service vacation, year-end and New Year vacation, summer vacation (available for 3 days from July to November), childcare leave, nursing care leave, menstrual leave

Overtime hours: Within 15 hours on average per month * 45 hours of deemed overtime
