[Job description]

・Support including data extraction and analysis to solve business issues, and proposal of measures from there

・Analysis support for hypothesis verification for service improvement including A / B test

・Data visualization and dashboard creation using BI tools

・Development of data analysis infrastructure in cooperation with the engineering team

[Requirements]

・Required Japanese proficiency: advanced to native level

・Experience in improving products and services based on data analysis

・Experience in data analysis work using Python, SQL, etc.

・Experience proposing solutions to business issues using techniques such as statistics and machine learning

・Experience using cloud database

・Respect others who have specialties different from your own, and be able to work cooperatively with them

・Practical experience in A/B testing and hypothesis verification in services

・Experience building a data analysis platform

・Experience designing logs and intermediate tables for data analysis

・Experience in planning and promoting data utilization strategies

[Conditions]

Employment Type: Permanent

Trial period: 3months

Estimated annual income: ¥6M～10M

Work location: Tokyo（Remote work 2-3 days a week）

Working hours: 9:00～17:30 (7.5h)　Break time 1h

Holidays: 2 days a week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays, 120 days off per year

Vacation: Summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, and other vacations available

Overtime: Average 30 hour / month
