[Job description]
✓ Conception/design of electrical/controls for next generation equipment
✓ QCD management (Quality, Cost, Delivery) of electrical/control area
✓ Design/production/evaluation of control panels and PLC controls
✓ Specification review and preparation of specifications
[Requirements]
✓ A total of 5+ years of electrionic and controls design/development experience
✓ Experience in electrical/control team lead for mass production products with combined mechanical/electronic/control
✓ Practical experience in complying with overseas safety standards and regulations
✓ Experience negotiating with vendors and other external parties
[Preferred Welcome requirements]
-Business Japanese & English (e.g., communication via slack)
-Experience in design and development in the industrial machinery industry
-Experience working in a start-up company
