[Job description]

-Design, prototyping, and evaluation of mechanisms and enclosures for industrial equipment

-Selection and evaluation of suppliers of machined parts and various actuators for industrial equipment

-Management of mechanical design team

-Conception and planning of experimental equipment

[Requirements]

-At least 3 years of experience in product development and mechanical design development

-Understanding and interest in not only mechanical design but also electrical design and software

-Vendor management experience

-Experience in mass production start-up and customer introduction

-Experience in creating various specifications (requirements/design/evaluation) for product development

[Preferred Requirements]

-Business Japanese & English (e.g., communication via slack)

-Experience in design and development in the industrial machinery industry

-Experience working in a start-up company

Estimated annual salary ：5~7 million yen (stock options are planned to be granted in the future)
