[Job description]
It is a position where they consider "when and how to create" in AR/VR content projects and manage projects in collaboration with producers. They will be responsible for experience design and business model design of AR/VR services, as well as overseeing the progress of detailed tasks within the project. This position is closer to the actual development site, involving development direction and design direction, and requires close coordination with team members to lead the project to success.
[Requirements]
・ Required Japanese ability: Business
・ Experience developing and operating services as a team leader including engineers and designers (3 years or more)
・ Experience in daily communication with external business partners (3 years or more)
・ Be able to use office tools (writing tools, spreadsheet tools, slide creation tools)
・ Able to read and write basic English
・ Basic knowledge of the IT industry/services
・ Basic knowledge of 3D content

・ Can use graphic design tools (Photoshop, Sketch, etc.)
・ Can do basic programming
・ Experience working on projects that handle 3D content
・ Experience in analysis/analysis and growth hack work
