[Job description] ・Generate profitable new sources of revenue to achieve the sales targets agreed in EnterpriseAccounts. ・ Build and maintain positive customer relationships and a comprehensive understanding of a wide range of customer needs. ・Develop, expand, maintain, and report on a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities. ・Work with outside agencies such as agents, corporate real estate specialists, and management consultants to generate sales opportunities. ・Attend and speak at relevant events and host workshops to take advantage of this opportunity and increase awareness of the firm. ・Work with relevant regional employees to ensure a certain level of quality and develop a clear plan for customer expansion. ・Share customer feedback to support continuous improvement of customer service and enhancement of solutions. ・Support other strategic business development activities as needed. [Requirements] ・Required Japanese language skills: Business ・5+ years of B2B solutions / services sales and business development background. ・Ability to work with customers to plan appropriate plans and agreements. ・Knowledge and understanding of customer decision making and business case development process. [Preferred requirements] ・Experience in corporate real estate business development or real estate consulting. ・Experience working within a global environment and matrix organizational structure. ・Ability to develop, manage, track, and close large transactions. ・Proven track record of selling to large corporations. ・Ability to build relationships and influence at the board level. Employment Type: Permanent

Trial period: 6 months

Estimated annual income: ¥6M~¥20M(including Incentive)

Work location: Tokyo,Nagoya,Osaka,Hiroshima,Morioka

Working hours:9:00~18:00

Holidays: 2 days a week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays

Vacation: Summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, and other vacations available

Overtime: Average 20 hours per month
