■ Job Discription

The company is looking for an HR Specialist & Admin who is responsible for overseeing and managing various HR functions like administration and coordination, recruitment and selection, and onboarding of resources within our organization.

-Provide support for HR & Administrative activities

-Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives

-Responsible for the recruitment support of each department in QBurst Japan and overseas.

-Responsible for posting job openings in Social media services (FB, Twitter, etc.)

-Provide support to draft formal letters, reports as per the instruction from QBurst Head office

-Desire to play multiple role according to management decision as needed

-Provide support for business development tasks as needed

-Work closely with the QBurst HR team to understand the strategies and manage local and foreign offices as needed

-Provide support for other reasonable and relevant activities as requested and required

 

■ Requirements

-Candidate must be a Japanese native

-Should have at least 1 to 3 years of working experience in Japanese companies, familiar with Japanese society and corporate culture.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office.

-Must have excellent verbal and written skills in English

-Candidate must have a high level of professional integrity and intellectual capabilities.

-Should have a basic idea of Sales and Marketing

 

■ Preferred Requirements

-Experience in global companies and diverse business formats are preferable

-Knowledge of office Administration, HR affairs, and international email etiquette is desirable.

 

 

■ Conditions

Employment form: Permanent employee

Estimated annual income: ¥3M - ¥5.5M

Work location: Tokyo * Remote work is possible

Working hours: 9:00 – 18:00 or 10:00 – 19:00

Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
