・ Big data analysis

・ Development and implementation of analytical models to optimize publication and distribution

・ Lead of business design related to analysis model and system requirement definition

・ Management, operation and improvement of data analysis models

[Requirements]

・ Required Japanese ability:advanced to native level

・ Experience in machine learning and statistical modeling using programming languages (R, Python, etc.)

・ Experience working in a team with people from diverse backgrounds

[Preferred requirements]

・ Project experience related to DX / business reform

・ Project experience related to supply chain optimization (especially demand forecasting)

・ Experience applying machine learning and statistical modeling to business

・ Experience reporting suggestions obtained from data analysis results to management and business divisions

・ Acquisition of a degree in a field related to data analysis (Master, MBA, Ph.D., etc.)

・ Experience implementing machine learning on a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)

・ Experience in extracting and processing big data (SQL, Hadoop/Spark, etc.)

・ Project experience in natural language processing and image processing

・ Time-series processing/modeling project experience

[Conditions]

Employment Type: Permanent

Trial period: 3months

Estimated annual income: ¥6M～17M

Work location: Tokyo（Remote work 2-3days / week）

Working hours: 9:00～17:30 (7.5h)　Break time 1h

Holidays: 2 days a week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays, 120 days off per year

Vacation: Summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, and other vacations available

Overtime: Average 30 hour / month
