<Job description>
Communicate with customers/partner companies and overseas AI researchers, create requirements definition documents, document product specifications, quality control, etc., and handle the overall process of AI solution development using our proprietary AI model. Please manage. We ask that you work closely with overseas AI researchers and system engineers to ensure the quality of your project. Specifically, the work will be as follows.
・Proposal preparation, quotation and AI introduction consulting as pre-sales
・Project planning, progress management, risk management, quality control
・Project progress report to client, AI accuracy report, negotiation/coordination
・Management of the entire project in collaboration with PM in Vietnam
・Requirement definition based on customer interviews and quality assurance of AI systems developed by Vietnamese and Taiwanese engineers

<Conditions>
Estimated annual income: ¥5M - ¥12M (fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours *additional payment if overtime) *Determined in consideration of experience and ability
Work location: Tokyo
Salary revision: Twice a year
Trial period: 6 months after joining the company (same conditions as regular employment)
Working hours: Flextime system (core time 11:00-16:00)
* Basic working hours: 9:00-18:00 (prescribed working hours: 8 hours; break: 60 minutes)
Holidays/vacations: 2 days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays, annual paid leave (3 days at the time of joining the company, 10 days after 6 months of employment), maternity leave, childcare leave, nursing care leave (as required by law) ), marriage leave, congratulations or condolences, year-end and New Year holidays, etc. *Annual holidays: 122 days
