[Job description]

They provide appropriate information from the perspective of computational chemistry in each process from the search for hit compounds to the acquisition of lead compounds, contributing to the acceleration and high precision of drug discovery development. They analyze the huge amount of sequence information obtained from NGS data and provide information for efficiently obtaining hit peptides that are the starting point for drug discovery research. In addition, by utilizing the three-dimensional structure information obtained by the protein/structural analysis group and informatics analysis of structure/activity/physical property data accumulated in-house, they are contributing to peptide optimization design that meets TPP.

[Requirements]

・ Required Japanese language skills: business to native level

・ Those who are proficient in design work using computational chemistry methods (modeling by SBDD, LBDD, data mining by informatics, etc.) (① or ②)

① Those who have experience modeling small and medium molecules using modeling software (commercial software such as Schrodinger, MOE, OpenEye, etc.) and have knowledge of programming to use these software.

② Those who have experience in informatics analysis for compounds, peptides, and proteins.

[Preferred requirements]

・ Those who have experience in molecular dynamics simulations

・ Practical experience at a pharmaceutical company or work in collaboration with a pharmaceutical company (joint research, etc.)

・ Knowledge and experience in programming (python, C) and database construction

・ Knowledge and experience in constructing a computing environment

・ Experience in protein and peptide analysis by NMR

Trial period: 6 months

Estimated annual income: ¥4M~12M

Work location: Kanagawa

Working hours: 8 hours Flex time system Core time 11:00-14:30
