・Oversee recruitment operations (new graduates, mid-career, temporary and part-time workers)

・Planning and development of various internal training programs and human resource development plans

[Requirements]

・Business Japanese ability equivalent to N1

・Business English ability

・At least 7years of experience in human resources related work (recruitment, training, etc.)

・Management experience

・Experience working in a global environment.

[Conditions]

Employment Type: Permanent

Estimated annual income: 6 million yen

Salary promotion: Once a year (April)

Bonus: Twice a year (July and December)

Various allowances: family allowance, housing allowance, overtime allowance, etc.

Work location: Tokyo

Working hours: 9:00-17:30 (break 60 minutes)

Holidays: 2 days a week (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) *However, there are several Saturday business days a year

Summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays (according to the company's calendar)

Overtime hours: Average 10-20 hours per month
