■ Products / Solutions

・ New peptide / antibody drug molecule design technology using evolutionary molecular engineering / NGS / artificial intelligence

・ Construction of joint R & D pipeline with pharmaceutical companies and biotech companies using the above technology (including implementation of molecular design, research plan formulation, consulting)

■ Job description

・Design, test, and optimize the discovery & development of Biopharmaceutical drugs.

・Create infrastructure/libraries for one of Directed Evolution platforms (phage/mRNA, etc.).

・Design, generate and optimize synthetic antibody libraries (i.e. ScFv library, VHH library library, etc.).

・Performing evolutionary molecular engineering experiments

・Performing experiments related to Genetic engineering

・Protein purification and evaluation

■ Requirements

*No Japanese required

・ Direct experience in library designs and testing using one of Directed evolution platforms (Phage, Yeast, mRNA, etc.)

・ Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Protein/Antibody Engineering, Immunology, or related field

・ At least 4 years of research experience in a wet lab

・ Conversational English or Japanese skills

■ Preferred requirements

・ Experience in phage display, mRNA/cDNA display

・Experience with cell-free translation systems

・Experience with AKTA, ELISA, Biacore, and Octet

・Experience of working with next generation sequencing (NGS)

・Experience in bioinformatics, especially sequence analysis

・Business level or higher English proficiency

Trial period: 3 months

Estimated annual income: ¥3 - ¥6

Work location: Yamagata 

Working hours: Flex system

Holidays: 2 days a week (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays
