As a Senior Product Designer UI/UX, you will provide leadership and lead a wide range of design work for our cross-border e-commerce site and accompanying advertisements.
Specifically,
- UI/UX design for our existing service brands
- UI/UX design for new services
- UX/UI improvement, growth hacking, and marketing promotion design for existing products
- Collaboration with other departments such as engineering team and involvement in decision making
- Project promotion (progress management, resource management, scope adjustment, etc.)
- Leading and mentoring team members and improving operational efficiency

- N3 level Japanese language skills
- English language skills at a daily conversational level
- At least 7 years of experience in application or web UI/UX design
