You will be in charge of system development for online crane game applications and cross-border e-commerce sites that are being operated, and your main responsibilities will be to maintain and build new Ruby on Rails features, to learn continuously, and to share knowledge within the team.
[Requirements]
- N3 level Japanese language skills
- English language skills at a daily conversational level
- 2+ years of experience in full stack Rails development
- Experience with powerful testing methodologies using RSpec or similar
- Deep understanding of front-end technologies such as React and Vue
- Strong understanding of OOP and/or functional programming
- Ability to write clean, readable Ruby code
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies (e.g. GraphQL, Node.js, etc.) - Effective time management skills
