You will be responsible for services and sales promotion planning for individual channels such as stores, the Web, and apps, or across channels. In addition, you can analyze and report after the implementation of measures to achieve the business plan to related departments and management, and feel the contribution to the business growth of the company.

● Digital marketing for the entire omni-channel, sales promotion planning, and overall content management

● Internal team management / external vendor coordination

● Analysis / improvement decision-making to achieve the business plan

 

[Requirements]

● Native Japanese level

● Practical experience in digital marketing planning and KPI evaluation (3 years or more)

● Understanding of business plan and company-wide policy

● Experience in multiple teams / project management in EC and web services

● Retail / toC industry experience

● Experience using BI / MA tools

 

[Preferred requirements]

● Experience in business planning, formulation and promotion of company-wide policies

● Those who can act while being aware of the movements of PJ and the company as a whole

● Large-scale project management experience with more than 20 people

● Practical skills for data integration, analysis, and visualization

● Experience and knowledge of using cloud services such as AWS, azure, and GCP

● Those who have experience working in stores in the retail industry

Employment type: Permanent

Trial period: 3 months

Estimated annual income: ¥7M-¥12M

Work location: Fukuoka * Negotiable: Business trip-based and remote work is also possible

Working hours: 9:00 to 18:00

Holidays: 2 days a week (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays

Vacation: Summer vacation, year-end and New Year vacation, and other vacations available

Overtime: 20 hours per month on average
