You will lead a new project in planning and operating your own EC site newly launched by a listed company.
You can experience all the operations of a new EC site that is used by many customers, along with an application that has exceeded 1 million downloads and is expanding its users.
● EC services / sales promotion planning / overall operation and management of contents
● Internal team management / external vendor coordination
● Analysis, evaluation, and improvement decisions to achieve the KPI plan
[Requirements]
● Native Japanese level
● EC site team / project management experience
● Experience in planning and implementing growth measures for EC sites
● Overview of various digital marketing and web services
● Experienced in the retail / toC industry, including store work
● Experience using BI / MA tools
[Preferred requirements]
● Practical skills for data integration, analysis, and visualization
● Those who can act while being aware of the movements of the team and PJ as a whole
● Experience in launching Web / IT services and EC
● Web / IT services and service planning for EC sites,
Direction experience
● Large-scale project management experience with more than 20 people

Employment type: Permanent
Trial period: 3 months
Estimated annual income: ¥7M-¥12M
Work location: Fukuoka * Negotiable: Business trip-based and remote work is also possible
Working hours: 9:00 to 18:00
Holidays: 2 days a week (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays
Vacation: Summer vacation, year-end and New Year vacation, and other vacations available
Overtime: 20 hours per month on average
